MEDIATION

We have Florida mediators certified by the Florida Supreme Court in all areas for the State of Florida: county, circuit, family, dependency, appellate and certified by the Florida Supreme Court in arbitration. In additon neutral Ms. Sovran was appointed by a justice of the New York Supreme Court to serve as the attorney member of Special Mediation panels for medical malpractice actions commenced in the Second Judicial Department (New York) and by a justice of the Supreme Court,

NEGOTIATIONS

Arve Wikstrom, MBA, JD has personal peacemaking and peacebuilding experience negotiating disputes between Afghans while serving in Afghanistan as a U.S. Army Combat Advisor.

MEDIATION TRAINING

Arve Wikstrom, MBA, JD has a County Mediation Training program certified by the Florida Supreme Court taught throughout the year, ongoing training experience teaching Continuing Mediation Education (CME) credits, and critiquing mediator students at various University's in Florida.

LEGAL BACKGROUND

Mediators at ADR, LLC have legal experience ranging from: admission to the State Bar of New York and Florida, managing attorney for in house-counsel, trial/litigation attorney for major liability insurance companies in Florida and New York, handling cases involving auto, premises and products liability, with injuries ranging from minor to fatal, representation of a major Fortune 500 company in its mass-tort asbestos litigation throughout Florida, in some cases working with tobacco company defense attorneys. In addition, mediators at ADR, LLC have experience in legal office management ranging from personal injury and products liability.
